Tim commenced his career in the real estate industry in 1996 working with LJ Hooker Mandurah in their Residential Property Management team.
In late 2001 he completed his Commercial Property Managers Licence and then in 2002 started working with Colliers International as a Retail Portfolio Manager managing a variety of retail shopping centres in the South West and Perth for private investors. In 2004, Tim moved to Savills where he was responsible for overseeing a section of Macquarie Bank Retail Portfolios in Carnarvon, Kalgoorlie and Collie.
With over 16 years of experience managing a variety of property portfolios in the Retail, Bulky goods, Commercial and Industrial sectors Tim is well placed to look after a diverse management portfolio.
